Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

If you need to cancel or change your course date, please email us at info@moriwoodworkingstudio.co.uk.

We’re a small, independent workshop and keep our class sizes deliberately small to give each participant plenty of attention. As such, late cancellations can have a significant impact on our ability to run the session.

Cancellations

• You can receive a full refund if you notify us in writing at least 21 days before the course start date.

• Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date or once the course has commenced.

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 14 days’ notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date (subject to availability).

• For rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the course, we may be able to move your booking only if we can fill your spot. If we are unable to do so, the course fee will be forfeited.

If We Cancel a Course

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you’ll be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

Voucher Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your voucher(s) within 7 days of purchase. To do so, please contact us at info@moriwoodworkingstudio.co.uk.

We aim to process any refunds within 24 hours of confirmation, although please note it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
